It was a Great Evening for Dog Lovers and their "Best Friends"

March 24, 2010 -- Palomar Hotel, 117 S. 17th Street, Phila. PA

UPDATE: This was a fabulous event attended by well over 100 people, most of whom brought their dogs! Everyone had a GREAT TIME! The food was delicious; the drinks kept coming and we all enjoyed ourselves! It was so much fun that we hated to see the evening end; even the dogs were well behaved and got along with each other. Thousands of dollars were raised for the PSPCA. THANKS to Wendy for a Fabulous Event!

A few years ago, I was involved in a similar event held at the Society Hill Sheraton, hosted by Wendy. This was a very special fun filled event that was a big hit with all attendees. GREAT NEWS: Your "Best Friend" is invited to attend, along with you. WOW, it is not often that we find our companion dogs are included at swank hotel events, but Wendy made sure that they were not left out.

2. This is an event for everyone: (1) Singles can meet both 2 legged and 4 legged new "best friends;" (2) Couples can play with and find another "best friend;" and (3) Children are welcome, accompanied by an adult.
3. Your tax deductible contribution to the PSPCA is desperately needed to help the great work that the under funded PSPCA is doing on behalf of our "best friends."
4. Wendy's latest book "It's a Dog's World" will be given to all attendees. Additional books will be on sale - a wonderful gift item for your friends and relatives.
5. Meet great individuals, who truly care about the plight of homeless animals and would like to make a difference for companion animals who are patiently waiting for a loving forever family to call their own.
